For deliveries, your parcels must be clearly labeled with the following information:
- Your company name
- Name of the stand representative present on-site
- Name of the event: A3P

A storage area will be available to exhibitors for the entire duration of the event.
For return shipments, all parcels must be repackaged on-site. It is essential that your parcels are easily identifiable by the carrier.

Packages not collected during the hours specified below will be subject to storage fees.
A3P accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to packages during transport. It is your company's responsibility to take out insurance covering the shipped equipment, if necessary.
Furthermore, if packages are not collected on the specified collection days and times, neither the organizer nor the event venue can be held responsible.
